Questions owners ask first

What does this cost?

Plans are $395, $795, or $1,495 per month depending on scope, plus a one-time setup fee. The pricing page has the full matrix and add-on list.

Is Google ad spend included?

Google bills the ad spend directly. Bluebird's fee covers management, setup, reporting, and the plan deliverables.

Which plan should I start with?

Basic fits one service and one target area. Growth fits a business with more than one service or a need for monthly lead review. Partner fits larger accounts with multiple campaigns, services, or locations.

Do you manage every Google campaign type?

The base plans cover Google Search. Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Local Services Ads, shopping, remarketing, and Meta ads can be added or quoted separately.

What is a growth recommendation?

It is a written next-step recommendation based on campaign performance, search terms, lead quality, location data, and budget efficiency.

Do Google Business Profile updates come with the plans?

Yes. Basic includes 1 update per month, Growth includes 2, and Partner includes 4. Examples include service updates, photos, offers, posts, and profile consistency checks.

What counts as a small website update?

A small update is a text swap, image swap, link or button change, simple section edit, or basic content update. New pages, redesigns, calculators, custom forms, and landing pages are add-ons.

Can you build landing pages, forms, or calculators?

Yes. Landing pages, quote forms, routing fixes, and simple calculators are priced as add-ons. The pricing page lists starting prices.

Can you work inside my existing Google Ads account?

Usually. Setup starts with access, billing, structure, conversion tracking, and cleanup recommendations. Some accounts need a rebuild before monthly management makes sense.

Who owns the website, ads, and accounts?

The domain, website, Google Business Profile, ad account, tracking assets, and landing pages should stay tied to the business whenever platform rules allow. Access is documented during the project.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans require 30 days' notice. Final handoff notes include account access, current campaign notes, and known open items.

Do you guarantee leads?

Google Ads cannot guarantee closed jobs. Bluebird manages campaign structure, tracking, spend quality, and the lead path so the account has a cleaner shot at producing useful calls and forms.

What do you need from me?

Website or domain access, Google Ads access, Google Business Profile access, photos or logos, service details, service areas, ad budget range, and feedback on lead quality.
